1. What base will my spa need?
The base must be flat, level and not smaller than the spa. The most common
base is a concrete slab about 4" thick.
2.How much will my spa cost to run?
There are two costs to consider.
Water treatment products ( chemicals ) the main chemical used is chlorine
costing approximately £10 for 1kg tub, the spa requires about a teaspoon a
day to sanitise the water so a 1kg tub will last many months.
The spas electricity costs depends on size.
The smaller sunset model about £8.10 per month
The galileo approximately £16 per month
The eclypse approximately £15 per month

3. What electrical supply will my spa need ?
Your spa will require a 16 or 32 amp supply with a weather proof switch, we advise connecting a 32 amp supply as this will give you the best performance from the spas features.
4. How often do I change the spas water ?
This is dependant on how much you use the spa but it is recommended that you change it every 3 or 4 months. It is very easy to empty the spa, open the access door on the side of the spa and connect a garden hose to the drain valve or alternatively a submersible pump can be used, the spa can then be filled using a garden hose. The spa water usually takes between 12-24hrs to reach optimum temperature of 38 degrees and it is recommended that the spa is switched on 24hrs a day heat loss is minimal due to the insulated cover.
